That's not what it says and you haven't had enough time to educate yourself by reading the whole study.
I’m not wasting my time on reading what uv does. I know what it does. I want exactly what I asked for from your point. Lab results of cannabinoid content vs not having it Like I said. I’m looking for a reason NOT to use it.That's not what it says and you haven't had enough time to educate yourself by reading the whole study.
Bye byeI don't see the point in continuing this conversation.
Kudos for finding the full text.Maybe you should try reading the whole study. This what real science looks like:
Cannabis Inflorescence Yield and Cannabinoid Concentration Are Not Increased With Exposure to Short-Wavelength Ultraviolet-B Radiation
Before ultraviolet (UV) radiation can be used as a horticultural management tool in commercial Cannabis sativa (cannabis) production, the effects of UV on cannabis should be vetted scientifically. In this study we investigated the effects of UV exposure ...www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov
could it be that the strain might have something to do with it??My point. Uva and uvb being used correctly. Together. I’m not an expert. I just nerded out for a week on study after study. From gradually introducing uvb at 15 min per day till leading up to 2 hours. Or even just blasting it for 2 hours a cycle from the jump. I did 30 min for 2 days. Then just jumped to 2.5 hours. But some plants “fry” easier. This is why they recommend 15 min a use at first to see the plants response. Imo. It takes common sense to use something they use in a tanning bed.
that’s what I took into mind before using mine.
Nobody spends 12 hours in a tanning bed. Lol
I have read strain affects the outcome. Strains that evolved in places where there is higher UVA/B have the most benefit.could it be that the strain might have something to do with it??
thanks everybody for the answers, I also tried to read as much as I could over the web and came to a conclusion that I am going to try a UVA & UVB lamps.
can some one please direct me to a good source to buy these lamps?
or maybe how can I learn to choose between something fake and proper UV lamp.
Thanks again everybody for the answers. once I will manage everything I want to start a log and let you know about the process, maybe even with some pictures, might even do a side by side comparison.
