Question about growth

So my plant is growing plenty of leaves but she isn't growing very tall, I'm trying to lst her but it is hard because her nodes are so close together. Anybody have any insight as to what I can do, the light is already about 12 inches away from the plant

I don't it's ready for topping... A friend of mine was growing feminized seed and for like 1.5 month was just like you, but one day it's just woke up and start growing quite tall and tasty... <3 Good luck

Ok she is 2 days away from being 5 weeks old and she is half way through her 2nd weeks of veg. She just had her first nutes last night.

i havnt seen any photos that have stayed that small at 5 weeks, but i have had a few autos that have been that small, but even then that was due to stunted growth, what are your temps? nutes?, also if you move your light away maybe you will get a bit of a stretch to start your lst, very interested to see how it goes, could you keep us updated with growth?

this is her right now, I just released her tie downs and snapped a pic before I did a super crop to two leaves and re-tied her, and lifted the light 4 inches.

is this the first time you have super cropped? also just remember growth will be stunted for few days now because of cropping,

Yes first time I have super cropped, I know growth will be stunted for a few days as she heals but if she is going to stay fairly small in height I need to make sure she has plenty of tops

very wise thinking... well i have to admit i am not sure about this one, maybe she is just going to stay short, maybe after you start to lst, tie down a couple of thoes new tops just to get maximum yeild from your mj, i will keep a watch over the post, but as for now i have nothing else useful to say, all the best, cant wait to see the outcome, maybe start a semi-late grow journal, you might get a lot more input that way ;)

mazar strain is 100% indica. i think ww is hybrid. so she might stay short and bushy.

So here is an update. My plant has had good growth, however she is just growing a ton of leaves and nodes rather than much in height. She is in week 4 veg and I was hoping to put her into flower tomorrow but now I'm not positive if I should give her more time? From what I have red this is generally the pattern of her strain Mazar x white rhino. She will grow short and wide. Should I put her into flower tomorrow or will it significantly decrease my yield because she is short right now.
