Question about freezing phd water

I had an idea, curious to hear your opinions.

In a way to keep a lower res. temp, could I mix a batch of ph balanced water in a larger container, pour it into say ice cube trays or something that holds more. freeze them, and use them to keep them temps. down?

The PH up or down i add to balance the water, will it be useless once frozen?

I do the frozen bottle technique and i works fine, but its a pain to have to change out the bottles, it seems easier to just drop in ph balanced ice cubes.

Freeze a 1/2 gal or gal and test it once it thaws out.

3 gal in a bucket and ph say 6.0 with an airstone bubbling
1/2gal plastic bottle w/ frozen water ph'd @ 6.0
Take the cap off and drop the bottle in the bucket
Test the water ph a few hours later when ALL the frozen water is melted
