Question about FFOF with Golden Tree.

So I'm planting some sprouts today, and I'm going in FFOF, I have some Humboldt's secret Golden Tree and I was wondering if it would be safe for me to dilute it down and water with that? I was thinking 1/8 tsp per gallon

That's what I was thinking, especially with FFOF having so much in it already. How long should I wait before using nutes? I have the whole line, Humboldt's secret base A and B, Golden Tree, Sweet and Sticky, and Flower Stacker. I'm planning on starting in solo cups and transplanting to 1 gallon pots. (I'm only vegging 2 weeks then going to 12/12 and having multiple small plants)
