Question about Co2

So I'm in my third week 12/12 and my co2 bottle ran out and will be refilled asap. But it had me thinking, what happens when there is sudden change in co2 from 1500 ppm to 450? I've read somewhere that the plant will undergo some type of changes. Just not exactly sure what that effect is... For some reason my train of thought is telling me that because the co2 concentration is lower the plant will respond in a way to where itll utilize the lower ppm of co2 more efficiently so when I reinvite the higher levels itll be more effective. I swear I've read this somewhere lol! What I just said is by no means backed by anything. Just trying to lay my thoughts out as I feel like I've read about this somewhere. I've also lowered my temperature from 82 to 77 just to make up for the amount of available co2. Any thoughts?

I'm on my first co2 grow and ran out for a day or so myself. I doubt if running out for a day or two will matter a lot. Co2 closes the stomata and lower levels will make them open to look for more co2 so the plant can respond to the changes a bit that way. I did read that co2 changes the plant's structure; the cells grow more closely together. It also makes the plant grow faster. Also read that plants will set flowers sooner. I'm on day 10 and my plants are setting flowers pretty hard; it sure seems earlier than before to me. I noticed that when the big fan leaves are getting enough co2 they are really stiff (turgid). If the level drops they get bendy again so I've been using that as a guide and noting what PPM changes the leaves.

Loving the input! I figured it was something along the lines of what you are saying!
