just got a bottle of clonex rooting hormones (anybody ever use?) and they also had a clonex solution to soak the rockwool cubes in.. MY question is do i really need this solution? or can i just soak the cubes in water mixed with with superthrive? please any advice would be helpful!

I use solution only, I use Olivias, the benefit is, they get a light feeding from it, and get off to a nice start. I use 50% Vermiculite and 50% Perlite, I mix in Olivias til it is very damp, than water from the top. I keep them in a dome and spray daily too. Gives me a 99.9999% success rate.
thanks guys im just gonna go ahead and buy the solution fuck it haha im sure it would be worth it..Any of yous use fox farm solubles in flowering? (open sesame,beastieblooms, cha ching) if so, do you reccomend flushing between each of them? and would you say its a good idea to also flush out veg nutes last week of veg as well?

You can get a little packet for $6.50 gives 20+ clones..Most people dont need to pay $30 if your only gonna clone a 20-...I used it a few weeks ago and put the rest in a ph test vial and its still full..Took 8 clones and still have enough for about 15+...Cant beat it for $6.50
