I built a website that allows soon to be medical marijuana patients visit, choose their state, and then fill out an online form with all of their information (none of the information is saved what so ever...) then using the information provided, all the state forms to apply for medical marijuana are automatically filled out and provided as a download in pdf form. Which patients can then save/print, write in a few things I don't ask for like social security number and sign. They can then send in that paper work to the state.
It's a completely free service, which I will make no money off of (I won't even put ad's on the site) because I want it to run like a non profit.
Is this something that the card holders here would have used to get their paperwork ready to send in? Is it something that you guys (card holders and non card holders a like) would consider useful?
I'm debating on putting it up and hosting it somewhere because I'm not sure if anyone would use it. I mainly wrote it for people who have issues writing, or seeing the small print on paper forms, but it's really for anyone. I'm afraid people would be weary of giving me their information, even if I put in large print that no data is saved or persisted in anyway. There won't even be any cookies set with user information or user location information.
What do you guys think?
