Question about a light?? Need help

So i have a 250watt heat lamp bulb i think ive used before. Any input if it will do good or harm them? Really bright light but dont want to do damage. Need help

A heat light does not provide the proper spectrum to grow your girls, do NOT use it. If you're on a budget get full spectrum cfls and upgrade to led or hid when when you get the opportunity.
