so i have a rotating garden. i put plants in last night, i have ones coming out in 2 weeks. my problem is ......powdery mildew........i've been keeping it under control with peroxide. i just moved some plants around and found more then i would like to deal with. 1 plant had it on 2 leaves. spots on others. so i have a sulfur burner. i just shut everything down and plugged it in. i plan on running it 4 hours for my 3 x 3 room.

my question:
will this hurt my budding plants?

i was told all my hairs will dry out, not by a very realiable source, but enough of a concern to ask here. if it damages them i will just take the loss over the mildew any day.:peace: :joint: :joint:

It's a fungus. And it's a bitch.

And in a perpetual flowering room, it's even tougher.

The sulfur will get rid of it best. But it could affect your crop. 3 hours might be too much for that small space, it depends on how much it boils out of there. Definitely don't do it again for awhile, a week at least.

ah! now i read this. it's homemade. i burned it for 12 hours today. when i took it out the sulfur was liquid and it had powdery crystals on the edges so i assume it did it's thing. i took the plant out that was at 6 weeks. the rest are 4 weeks or less. i guess 12 hours should do it then?

Whoa, 12 hours! Keep a close eye on the plants for the next week and you'll find out if that was too long, or not long enough.
