"Querkle" my new pink toed taranchula

you even worried about it biting ya? i know its not lethal or anything but it would hurt, none the less, like a big ass yellow jacket stinging you................
 
no im not worried because this is the most docile species of tarantula. very rare to get bit by this one.

and even if i did get bit i know its not gonna kill me so im not worried.
 
Hey fs. Querkle looks great as usual. Looks like an impressive cam too.
Plants are looking fine. Don't worry too much about the bottom leaves going yellow, it's normal in late flowering. They do that even if you add N so don't waste your nutes.
 
Hey, man. Droppin' in. Nice pics, btw. Pink Toe and Rose hair have got to be a tie on docility. I tried like a motherfucker to get a rose hair I watched for a buddy of mine to get pissed and it just refused. Wouldn't flick hairs.. wouldn't show fangs at a pencil.. nothing.

So.. how many days are you into flower? Any clue? I know this grow has been pretty loose, but I figured I'd ask, since you have yellowing and all. You near day 50, perchance?

thanx 4 your input v12. i actually thought it may be salt buildup so i been flushing with rain water.

the bonsai pot BBAK is almost done.. its turning purple on the calyx tips and smells sooo sweet. started to flush it yesterday. ill try to get some pics of the purpleing up in a bit.

yea this camera is sickk... nikon D80. just wait till i really learn how to use it.

wow thats weird i though i heard rose hairs were aggressive. guess not.

i really have no clue. all these plants were started on 1212, but some were started at diff times and the older ones came from a friend's pc case grow that he ditched. so my best estimate would be 3-4 months from when they sprouted.

all i know for sure is the one lemonAK i have left in the tank sprouted on 1-31-09.
 
no updates for a while because my girl left and i have no camera now. really sucks!! this was some of the best bud ive grown or ever smoked.. it smells like nothing till you cut it up then it releases an extremely sweet smell that reminds me of christmas just like its ak47 father. it is a thick smoke that expands your lungs and makes you cough then leaves you red eyed and hungry. well heres the results of the bonsai pot BBAK if anyone is interested....

nice i got rats ...i know a bit diff but they love runnin around on the floor they think they are gettin away with murder ...they start to jump around all crazy and shi t .....they like grass alot too .....got to watch em tho sometimes they open up when they got all that room to run they get fast
 
yea i would think a rat would run away pretty fast, especially if you put it down outside.

hehe.. my friend has a ball python that munches rats.

the BBAK is sooo much more dense and crystally than the lemonak and it smells so sweet...

the lemonak you can see sucks for yield compared to the BBAK but this shit smells sooo dank skunky and lemony...

trying to sprout some og kush seeds in the shot glasses but they are real old, not sure if they are gonna come up. if they dont im gonna do some more BBAK i have tons and i know they are good...

I'm so jelous. I can't have any pets at all where I am and that really sucks.
I'm considering getting a uvb bulb to add to my tank in the hope that it may also help my grow. Do you have a uvb light? Do you need one for spiders? Do you know the difference between 5% and 10% bulbs?
 
thanks v12.. yea sucks you cant have any pets, at least u have ur plants.

I dont know anything about UVB lights and i dont know about the 5 and 10% either. I dont think you need one for a spider, mine seems to be doing fine with just one cfl.
 
Your spider creeps me the fuck out, lol. I'd never be able to get one, haha.

Are you growing a plant in her tank? o_0

yea, actually 2. thats what all the plant pics are of. i already grew out a nice blueberry x ak47 got about an 1/8 from it.
