Heres my 5 pack test of querkle.

4 querkle just sprouted on the 18th and 1 seemed to be a dud. I planted the directly into the soil. Im in search for that purple querkle but il take anything thats dank. Using tap water not ph'd.

heres the breeder's description (TGA) of Querkle.

TGA Subcool Seeds Querkle is an Indica dominant hybrid and has a great taste and out of a 5 plant test run all 4 females turned a nice shade of purple with warm temps throughout. Our goal was to recreate the nice grape flavour but add some speed to the slow Urkle mom. The results are better than we expected and finding 2 keeper moms from the very small test run we did. Results from the field verify mild variation, good yields and fantastic flavour and colours. Best way to grow Querkle is vegged to a large bush or untopped in scrog.

decided to name the babies with girl names hopefully they do not need gender reassignment.

they are named gracie, kellisa, shaneqwa, and juliet

gave them a little does of water, will probably move them to 3g pots in a week i moved the auto to the 3g so it could start spreading its roots instead of growing up and switching to flower so quick. it seems to me they veg longer if you mess around with topping and xplanting but maybe im just crazy. i guess the auto can be named Sheeba.

i think they are 6 or 7 days old now i cant remember we will say 7 lol.

atm high output t5. its a 4 foot 8 bulb setup its like 432 watts i think i have 3 3000k bulbs in it the rest are veg bulbs. beside that is a 600 watt with a MH light they will get moved too once theres room under it. after about 4-6 weeks of veg they get moved to the flower room with 1k watt lighting with eyehortilux super hps bulbs or whatever they are called.

i use the t5 system for clones and plants for the first few weeks of veg then they get moved to the 600watt light till i decide to flower them. i keep a few CFL's on a shelf for rooting clones.

they should be due for their first watering after being xplanted in a few days.

i pinched the top off my auto this morning. i have decent success doing this before on other autos so why not.

sheeba->0201140442b.jpg

if i had to make any bets i would bet on gracie and kellisa being males but no one will know for sure for 5-6 more weeks.

i def think juliet is going to be a female the other 2 not sure in the middle. shaneqwa is growing super fast i think its probably a shaneqwo..lol

i pinched the first 3 this morning and i topped shaneqwa a few days ago because he/she was getting alot taller than the others.

i want to get plushberry and find that cherry coke pheno also! if shaneqwa is a male i may clone it and wait till late summer and set some outside for breeding.
