Quantum Board driver issue

Hey guys, bought 4 QB288s and two HLG-240H-C2100B.

Hooked everything up and a look at my power consumption...

I'm getting around 250 Watts out of the wall with both drivers at full........

Tried them separately and they each pull +/-125 Watts out...

Any idea why I'm not getting the full 480 Watts? (Nothing else running but a 20W fan + timers)

Also double check that they arent actually A type drivers: they come with onboard, screwdriver dimming, and they are usually dimmed to half to start with.
Check model nr, or if you can see 2 holes with a screw in the bottom.

used 3 pins waterproof connector for the 3 power wires
used spring lever connectors for the QB connections
only soldered the potentiometers (so I know I have a model B @Rocket Soul, not an A)

I did wire them in series, maybe I'll try parallel wiring after work... Could that be it?
(sorry tried linking the items on Amazon but I don't have enough likes to be allowed to link yet :/)

The boards are not from Alibaba, they are from HLG.
@Ryante 2 x 240 = 480, not 420
The wires to the board are maybe a foot long at most.
I did not try them without the pot, might try that after work later tonight...
Pots were bought on Amazon and listed @ 100k Omhs...

I'm thinking that, or the pots. Definitely try open circuit on the dimming leads, could be 50k pots.
That was my first thought or he wired both drivers to 1 pot but now I'm pretty sure he wired wrong. he didn't even know how much power it's supposed to draw it's probably in parallel he needs to be in series

@1212ham the pots are definitely 100K. Stamped on the units & tested on the voltmeter.

Even then, maybe it was my shitty soldering... so I went ahead and took them out first thing after work...
No change in Wattage. Dammit.

Like I said I'm already wired in series, so I tried testing the connector blocs...
Huh........
Turns out 3 out of the remaining 18 are faulty.
Went and changed blocs on drivers and there it is
Both lights are getting over 500W on the KWh meter now

... my fault for not testing the connectors before putting them in.

Damn that's crazy it went from not working to putting out over 2500ma from a 2100ma driver

You're not accounting for the efficiency. That drivers rated at 93.5%, so 500W ac side would translate to 467w DC side, best case. Since it's on 110V, efficiency is probably slightly less than that.
