Quantum Board coverage in small tent

Hey, followed led tech quite a bit in the past but have been out of it for a while now.
After seeing what the QBs can do I'd like to try them out.

Have 2x 36x20x62in tents. (~31in with negative air pressure)
One has 2x 65w* Hans Panels (2013) each over it's own plant.
The other has an XGS-190 (Area51) over 1 plant.
All plants scrog'd.

Still happy with how these leds perform.. mainly would like to get rid of the blue/red light in the flower tent (and increase efficiency/yield).

Would a HLG-100V2 be able to adequately light each tent, or is the 31inch width pushing it?

I'd like to avoid DIY and alibaba, would rather buy assembled lights.
Also, can wait for an Rspec or updated version of the 100V2 if that may be released in the coming months. Any newer models on the way?

Thanks

I think its pushing a bit to far, recommended coverage is 2x2 which is 576 square inch, if your talking 31x20 canopy thats 620 square inch.
Might be better with the 135w kit. Takes 5min to assemble.
Or a 4pack of QB132 v2s, though I know you said no DIY.

Thanks for the reply
The tents are actually closer to 30x16inch from the neg pressure. So that lessens the sq.inch a bit

I'd like to eventually have a QB over each plant in a larger single tent, so I'd probably not go smaller than the HLG100 right now.
The 135w kit does look very nice (+has red chips). Wow only 5 min assembly, any soldering needed? (Edit* looks like driver is dimmable - Driver Adjustable from 60-150 Watts)

Thanks

If was you, I'd get the rspec with two boards, ask the vendor or HLG if they can ship it with a 185 instead of a 240. Mount it all the way on the top of your tent and dont worry about it again.

Growerslights has some "100W" that i like better, its a 80H 288 with a heatsink. If you get those you will have the modularity for later. I wouldn't recommend dimming the meanwell drivers very much. I believe dimming them reduces their efficiency, efficiency is gained at the board but its not worth it, just get the proper light for the space. The 240w double running on 185 will give you plenty of light, last forever and the efficiency will pay its self off in your electric and A/C bills.

Does anyone have experience with Niemi Led and their boards? (couldn't find any grows/journals)

I see they aren't official HLG Quantum Boards, but the 130w appears to have the coverage needed and can ship pre-assembled +Rspec. ($160 shipped)

Still looking to avoid DIY, and the growerslights HLG 100w Rspec has been sold out
NiemiLED grow lights are great, they are also very active on Instagram if you want to check them out.
