Was wiring a board up and had to take the wire out, I’ve done this countless times but when I went to take this wire out the connector snapped off. What now?

Edit: Going to contact HLG but has anybody had this happen and what did you do?

i would think you would just need to re-solder it if there is nothing you could connect to
but i have no experience with these boards so im not sure if its soldered there into a connector or soldered directly in? i think thats a molex that broke?

Yeah it’s iust stranded wire that is soldered. I got some solid core and went to remove it using the pointed end of a zip tie, its what I’ve always used as it’s pretty gentle on the plastic, this one just snapped off. The boards are still under warranty. Never had this happen, all of the connected on this board are hard to get the wires out of.
