Quality RSO Oil in SOUTH AFRICA

I have recently been offered some "Full Extract RSO" cannabis oil. I intend on making use of it for recreational reasons, nonetheless I want to source it for my Mom to try and get her off sleeping pills (and hopefully help her cope with her severe depression).

Anyone had any good experiences purchasing in Southern Africa; either directly from a retailer or online?

Given the lack of responses on this thread; and my insufferable impatience I decided to pull the trigger on some "High Quality Cherry RSO oil.
If anyone has experience in making or medicating with RSO full extract - please let me know what you think of the attached image (I know an image alone cannot 100% confirm the quality of this product; but I would appreciate any prima facie input in this regard). :)
