quality outdoor instead of this crap

I have been meeting and looking at different outdoor mmj in nor cal and have noticed a huge drop in quality. Mainly that most of it smells like hay or dirt! How hard is it to find quality stuff that isnt crazy expensive "for outdoor"?

genetics, reserch, proper nutrients, and soil conditioning make all the diffrence.

yeah that old stuff does pop up every once and a while. I think it is inexperienced growers mainly
