Read, research, ask questions. We're not going to do all the work for you. Begin with researching lighting options for vegetative growth and flowering. Save half your budget for things not involving lighting. Fans, medium, carbon filter, fertilizer, seeds, etc.

maybe start with a tent kit so all equipment comes with around $200 then choose a nutrient brand $100 odd max and follow their schedule
