Im rocking a 400 watt too in a 5x5 tent I pulled 10 oz off 5 plants og kush.. not too bad with a 400 watt first grow, but I lst all plants

All lst (low stress training) basically just bend the main stem to the side ,tie it to the pot and all the branches grow up in to tops... then spread them ..
hers some gsc 2 weeks into veg with lst traing ...

That is a nice and clean setup. You are pulling .7 gpw. That is something I am shooting for under my 1000w.

Not too good for the whole 5x5 area ,but I only use a 4x4 area of the tent for the plant, then I have a fan in the tent and the rest of the room I use for easy access. And the light does awsome!! . , but I'd like to up grade to a 600 watt
