Pythoff/root booster

I have just been given a gt205 nft and have just got the gh 3 part nutrients but wondering what would be the best root booster to use In this? I see people using root excelurator and voodoo juice and having great results.
would that be better option than using pythoff? it seems it is either 1 or the other being a Sterile tank or using the beneficial bacteria and microbes to your advantage.

Thanks for the reply I did look into that over the root excelurator but having issues finding anywhere that sells it in the UK.
