My question is can I use both together? I have fungus gnats and DE is not working for them Im organic and would like to use pyrithrin for the adults and nematodes to gobble up whatever babies and infants that is in the coco.

Have you tried the BT dunks?...I know they're "for" mosquitos but they work on a slew of insects. Safe for livestock drinking water.

Pyrethrin imo is a little harsh and the plants don't seem to be huge fans

Alot of people use it though.

I have used pyrithrins combined with sticky hanging pads around the pots to kill those pesky critters....pyrithrins are never harsh , natural and organic.

Gnatrol is a micro-organism based product that kills the larve at the roots where the little buggers are. These are the ones you got to get and it takes a month to be rid them completely. I use stickey traps for the flyers and between the two I have 0 gnats, and I used to have swarms. I also had tried a lot of things, but this formula really works. Peace

Nematodes and BTI dunks actually work very well together and that's what I would do. And top dress in some Neem and / or Kranja meals. Crab shell meal also. You'll see adults around for a while. Then they'll die.

On that note, is there such a thing as too many nematodes? It seems I have millions of them now. Not doing anything harmful that I can tell.

Thanks a lot guys for all your help, because of the size of gardens Gnatrol is not economical so im going with nematodes and mosquito dunks, well see what that does in the end.

I do not know if you have seen ogbiowar before Lion but, the stuff is amazing. I brew a tea once a week and
have not fought a single thing since. It's pretty cheap and 24 hours after feed you will see noticeable difference
in overall health.

You can use the foliar pack as a drench to take care of fungus gnats, grubs, ra, and nematodes. If you just use
just the root pack and you will have a good D. against all pests and pathogens including pythium, fusarium and PM.

Just be sure to give it enough time to work , the Male flying adults will be caught by the dunks , and the larvae and Flightless females will be tackled by the nematodes, I'm not an expert but it defo worked for me , about 4 weeks in all to totally rid the beggers....good luck.....
