Put My Weed in Bags Immediately after Cutting

I live in Colorado and last time I cut down my weed dried out in 2 days (hung) and it didn’t cure properly and I thought that if I elimainated that step I would have better luck so I did this: I cut down my crop 2 days ago(chemdawgxGg#4)
I then immediately cut down my plants to the colas and immediately placed them in really thick brown paper bags overnight. Next day I broke them all down to nugs and placed nugs themselves in thick papers bags.

It’s been two days and they’re getting drier but nothing like they were last harvest still kinda moist and really sticky. I have the bags hanging in a room with a fan and dehumidifier. Any of you guys think I’ll have mold issues?

I have had the same problem
This is what I do now and then now.
I do bud wash, so
I harvest trim and hang for 6-24 hours
I then put into paper bags about 4-10 inches deep with product ( I eyeball it)
Fold top of bag to close once or twice
Set it into the drying place
I don’t touch for a week.
No peek
No shake
No mold
After a week it’s ready for a close trim and jar.
Been doing this off n on for years so I’ve got my timing down.
Your timing may vary.
My main go to way to deal with the low humidity cureing though is The Cold Cure method.
Works like a charm!!!
Peace

I should add that the GIF I posted was only to show some LIGHT shaking not like you are making a cocktail ...... lol. You can ROLL bag around to do same thing.

I put a small hygrometer in bag as well to monitor internal RH.
