purps indoors?

i am considering buying some purps seeds, but i will be growing them indoors.

from what i have heard, the calyxes turn purple due to cold weather/frost, right?

so im wondering if i grew them indoors if there was a way i could make them purple, or if i would just look like some sketchy asshole sellin some "haze"

help a nigga out

they turn purple in cold when they are not a "true purple" strain. i have seen pics grown in cali over the summer that is purple as grape soda... the true purple color comes from the genetics of the strain. if you are buying a plant with purple genetics, the color should be purple no matter what the temp is.. sure the hues of purple may vary. hope that helped ya purple haze, purple urkel, fucking incredible, blackberry are examples of true purple buds..

from what i gather, you need the low temps no matter what to purp! even if it is a good purp strain. even then it might not purp out. i have one seedsman purp goin now but its just a baby

I can tell you from personal experience that you do not need low temps for a purple plant to turn purple. I grew out a purple kush cut this last summer. My grow room only got down to the low 80's with the lights on, and high 70's with the lights off. I let her flower for 75 days (from the day she first showed pistils) to let her really ripen up. buds were deep purple and green mixed up together, really sugary, leaves were all dark purple when I cut.

my purple plant was the shortest one in the growroom last summer

I got purple kush growing indoors at normal temps.. on my first grow.. purple is do-able.

Grape Ape is a cool stran too. it has purple in it too. It might not make the bud stronger, but it looks impressive.

yeah i got a couple sensi star seeds im waitin to germ, seems to always deliver

i know sensi has one of the highest thc contents and smells to high hell.

i just started flowering my purple kush oh and just to maybe help you out i think that purple maxx helps i use it and i know it didnt do anything bad to my plants

never heard of any one usin that, lemme know how the buds come out

some plants are just ment to be purple, others can turn purple due to cold or nute prblms..

what i meant is that i used it before and will use it again and when i used it last time my gdp went purp and my pog started to and my pure wasnt but i also used cold temps and gdp goes purp lots of the time any ways so i cant say it was the purple maxx
