Hey everyone so I’m noticing some purpling on the new growth of my Milkbone f3, it’s still in veg like 7 weeks or so and temps never go low enough for it to purple because of low temps.Wanted to reach out and ask y’all what you guys think?

Is it all over or just certain areas? Possibility cold spots from a fan or intake?
really only thing I can think of would be cooler temps or a phosphorus/mag deficiency
are you using cal mag?

I have a Hindu Kush that gets so purple it's almost black when it's done. Even has red sap in spots. I thought I'd nipped myself with the Fiskars when I saw a little 'blood' on the blade. lol

Why is purple bad? I've got a couple tops purple on the new growth. I thought it was a fungus but it isn't

Purpling is a desired trait for many tho it doesn't mean the pot produced is any better than ones that don't go purple. Just has bag appeal.
