purple widow

does anyone know any detailed information about purple widow and how well it grows outdoors (im about the same latitude as holland).?

any advise and previous grow information about them would be helpfull to..thanks

dunno but i was checking it out too. white widow can grow outdoors, and ive seen purple plants grow outdoors, so i would imagine it would do well

idk. But if it's a indoor plant, you can veg it inside for about 2 weeks. And then throw it in the sun for a couple of hours a day untill it's ready to permanently be put outside. Indoor plants grow HUGE oudoors.

I've never heard of the strain.. but you can grow any strain outside.. some just dont withstand mold and and rot easily etc.. but im growing a shitload of strains right now.. almost got them all outta there pots.. but im growing whitewidow by dutch passion..which is an indoor plant apparently.. strawberrykush and tutti fruity by Ontario's Best.. and there doing bomb right noww.. and i got some from sensi seeds, paradise seeds,KC Brains, and some willyjacks and a shitload of bagseeds..shiit sryyiim stonedd.. anyways i jope ur plants grow bombb.. upload sum picss.. peacee

Im growing purple widow right now, they are only 2 weeks in, still babies, doing great, and ALREADY showing purple in the new growth...I would recommend it, the leaves are sativa looking, but not super thin.

ahhh awsome ive been planning on getting sum thats reallly good to hear! aer u growing them indoor or out? cos im gona have to put them outdoor pretty quick, but im making a small greenhouse for em. also what site did u get em from? im gettin em from marijuana-seeds.nl

Outdoor you already know bro!!! they are doing great, and yeah I got mine from marijuana-seeds.nl, had great service, Ill definitly buy from that site again...I think 9 out of 10 germinated, which to me is damn good...I hope you have just as good an experience when you buy from the site, ive found that with ANY seed sites, there will always be people who have had bad experiences and problems, and there are always people who had great service, anyways man good luck with the purp widow!

i crossed my purple haze and my white widow about 6 months ago - half of them seeded so i could "johnny apple seed" them this spring/summer - I just planted some so Ill post on how they do.

thanks, thats good..i only have 7 outa 12 germinated so far..i think maybe two more will make it but some dont look good..il keep this post up to date and in the second week il try and get a picture up.

yeh same latitude as u..yup, i got 11 outa 12 germinated but i only have 5 left because of slugs from the first few days so i took 2 inside, put one in a tree, and 2 on a raised platform with a ring of salt..slightly pissed off but if i get a female il make sure shes treated nice and clone off her..good luck wit your grow nyway.

nice! growing this year just isnt really realistic for me right now. but Purple Widow is top on my list for an EPIC next year grow keep us posted on how they doing, maby toss in some pics when purp is showin?

I want to tell you about my experience with "marijuana-seeds.nl". I fell onto this thread when I saw ʻPurple Widowʻ. Why? I too ordered ʻPurple Widowʻ from "marijuana-seeds.nl". If you notice, they seem to be the only seed company that offers up "PWʻ. I got mine with the summer pack special. It came packaged with ʻDurban Poisonʻ & ʻHollandʻs Hopeʻ. The Durban Poison was good stock of seeds, and so was ʻHollandʻs Hopeʻ. But I was totally disappointed with the ʻPWʻ!?!?!? Wasnʻt that the seeds didnʻt sprout. It was that "marijuana-seeds.nl" decided that they would throw any seeds together abd call it ʻPW", or a fucked up employee has been stealing them and replacing them with who knows what? But I can tell you that only one seed of my ten was actually a ʻPWʻ strain!!!! Upon contacting ʻmarijuana-seeds.nl", and explaining what happened, they said Iʻd get them replaced with seeds from a new batch! But why should I have to buy more seeds for them to replace their fuck up? This wasnʻt the only problem I have had with
marijuana-seeds.nl"either. But thatʻs another story.

I was looking at one of your other threads and I gotta say Iʻm impressed! You and I think a lot the same way. We have a lot of the same plants growing. Iʻm growing mine outdoors in Hawaii. I might have a slight advantage over you. What state, or region are you growing in?

Yeah man I hope its really PW, cuz that was the strain I was most excited about...and thanks bro, this is really only my second serious grow, so im happy myself, ive learned a lot, and its coming out better than expected, and yeah you prolly do have an advantage, being that you live in beautiful Hawaii, im In Southern California though, a desert basically lol really hot, but my area where I grow has a bunch of trees so my plants only get about 5 hours max of direct sunlight, but still they have been slowly comin along great, anyways man that hollands hope is looking good, nice and secluded within that squash plant, you got any journals goin right now bro?

unfortunately Iʻve never done a grow journal. I have posted my share of pics though. Most of my stuff is posted on ʻHawaiiʻs growers threadʻ. But I have started a few threads myself.

Zig, my Durban poison, or at least one of them is almost seven feet high already!! Itʻs a good strain, take good care of her. Especially it will be good for you in a hot climate atmosphere . If you are in an extremely hot area, Iʻd seriously look into African strains. They could soon become your best friend in the grow world.

Last summer I went totally with "Bagseed" as an experiment....and it sucked big time! I only had one good producing Indica plant. But this year i different!

5. Mazar-I-Sharif (3)

Goddamn! your trying a big variety of strains this year lol I dont have the money to buy all those different beans haha im about to look into that hawaii growers thread, ive seen it on new posts all the time, but never checked it out... and about the durban, they are indeed loving the blazing hot sun, my durbans are the three ones with the super thin sativa leaves in my outdoor 09 thread, they havent had any problems either, so yeah ima be lookin into more african strains that do well in this socal weather...
and im guessing your speaking of marijuana seeds.nl....not coming through with the mountain mist huh? lol anyways ill be lookin out for pics of your grow...your gonna have fun with all those different scents and colors!

I forgot a couple of other strains. I have 3 or 4 Northern Lights and four blueberry. Zane, what are you doing with your males? Do you know how to collect pollen from them? If youʻre gonna start growing on a regular basis, you best learn the ways of the seed. As many strains as I have, I have them for this reason. To one day be able to breed as I choose is the ultimate goal, and itʻs a goal you should consider too?

Zane, in the future when you have spare money for seeds. Do your homework. See what strains grow good in your region. If youʻre near the desert Iʻd imagine all African strains & AfGhani Strains should suit your region well.
