Purple strains

whats the deal with purple strains ? It seems like every seed bank is sold out of any strain that's even close to purple ? I could care less but I've been out of the loop awhile so maybe you all can fill me in.

Do you have any preference? indica.. sativa.. long/short flowering plants??

It was just an observation on my part. Not really looking for anything in particular.

ppl just like purple shit. a lot of ppl believe purple strains are just pretty and fun to grow, less potentcy. myth if u ask me
