Nice to finally see another Essex person on here lol.
As for vegging how big do you want the plants to get? the longer you veg the bigger they get, also remember that they will veg for outside until the daylight hours decrease enough to make them flower

Anytime from april/may i do believe depending on the weather, flowering starts about september so you need a short flowering time strain so you are able to harvest it before the first frosts/ice/generally cold shit bout october`ish

Lakeside/M25 kinda area.
So have you found a suitable area for putting your plant as without the proper training they can quite easily reach 6-15ft? An thats not the kinda stuff ya want the neighbours seeing lol
