You had high hopes? Just think how high mine were!! Lol yeah i'm pretty excited for the diesel and the blueberry kush is on another level from what i've heard. Excited for that one. No that was a purple power i did last summer. Very nice if you enjoy purple bud. Friends paid out their ass for something with a little color haha.

it's funny that you ask about the auto bb x ak....cause out of all that were germed...1 sprouted, and it was a MALE! <didnt use the pollen....AND that my friend is why I am VERY interested in getting that auto bb x auto hindu kush=blueberry kush! dammit man!
and yeah, love dat purp! [got 10 reg. purp jems seeds waiting paitiently for my next crop] you are so right too! people will pay up to $500 a zip for that color me good shit!!!

everyone is way skeptical of purple buds in my area... Nobody believes it's a purple pheno, but rather something that was cold stressed or something that was otherwise color induced...

I'm sure I'll have to show a few rounds of PJ to my people before they believe it's the genetics.

my 2 auto GWS were the first to sprout out of 8, so i'd be willing to give lowlife the benefit of the doubt at this point.

No journals on here yet. I wish there was just to see the sick thing people on here could do with them. I had a few buddies that grew a crop out of them, about 10 I think it was, and never had any problems at all. Just have to be careful with nutes like any blueberry is pretty much.

recived 15 short rider seeds to try and could not find any usefull info on the net.
only thing i found to be of any use is that they start to flower between 4-5 weeks
so ive decided to write a diary on the way and im at the end of week2 of the grow

this is the way i grew the (fem) seeds as a trial in a hydro 40ltr nft system with a 600w sodium bulb in a grow tent.
i plan to change the water every 4 or 5 days.

week 1
soaked 7 seeds slightly over 24hrs (forgot about them) then cracked them in damp kitchen roll between two plates
over night. they popped no probs.

soaked the small rockwool cubes in a watered down solution of bio bloom i had left from soil cultivation
i use this for watering cuttings as and they seem to root quicker.
2.5ml to 2litre of Luke warm soft water. they were fed the watered down solution made freshly each time
for the first days in a covered propagator (used a t-towel) to the side in the tent at 75 degrees. 22hrs light cycle

by the the third and fourth day the roots had broken through the bottom of the seed cube and were transplanted to
larger cubes and put into the nft system with canna aqua vega 10ml to 10ltrs i just added 20ltrs to the tank.
and an air stone was added for extra oxygen (pic1) shows the seedling after week1.

week2
into the second week and the roots are shooting through the bottom of the larger rockwell cube and ive upped the food solution
to 15ml to 10ltrs and added 30ltrs to the tank the plant has started to go now and is going great guns. (pic2)
have put the light cycle to 18hrs. just to see if any changes in light affects the growth rate.

week3
they are still going strong. getting bushy
going to change to canna aqua flores at a ratio of 25ml to 10ltrs and keep the volume of water
at 30ltrs i am not going to give it any booster food just yet to see how it goes. will keep the light cycle 18/6.
for 4-5 days then up the food to 30ml (just to see if it does what it exactly says on the tin.) (pic3-3b)

week4
no sign of flowering
have upped the flora to 30ml per ltr. and have started a booster (monster bloom).
and have the cycle to 18/6 the plants are about 12inch high (pic4-4b)
will leave the light cycle for the rest of the week see how they go.
getting to the end of week 4 have changed the light cycle 12/12 and the plants are going through the water nearly 30 ltrs in 4 days.
so ive put new water in 40ltrs and upped the food to 40ml per 10ltrs and as you can see (pic5-5b & 5c)
the babies are really going. 3 or 4 are starting to flower now so heres hoping they start to bloom.

folks my way are too stupid to even assume the purple was from cold temps or what not. they see purp and are like OMG WTF HOW MUCH? I say 6 bills a zip they start heading to the ATM. lol

Got em from speedy seeds. It was a surprise to me when i opened my package up b/c i had no idea i was getting anything free. Gotta love that

any updates?

Still just growin the dude out. Too bad it wasn't a girl bc he's a beast right now. Germed my last PJ and it broke soil today along with an easy ryder. I'll start puttin some updates about it when it gets a little bigger.

looking forward to the easy ryders... I just got some as freebies from attitude, but I want to see a journal before I plant them... I may end up not being patient enough for that though. Oh well, we shall see.
