Purple bud leaves

Hi everyone, summer is fast approaching and I have no way to control temps and humidity.
Room is getting to highs of 29c with 60% humidity. It's not ideal.

Two different unknown strains.
Growing in soil and feeding with a little PK boost every week or so. Lights are Mars tsw2000 and vipar spectra xs2500. 40cm from canopy.
I'm in day 58 of 12/12.

Is the purple leaves most likely a heat stress issue or ph/nutrients?
Any advice outside of controlling heat and humidity would be appreciated.

Edit: it also started some minor foxtailing in the last week followed by all the new white hairs.

Light stress can cause extra white hairs. They will tend to be in the upper parts of the highest buds. The lower/middle buds will have more brown hairs. This will confirm the light stress.

The purpling looks again to be light related. I believe weed can produce a purple pigment to shield itself from intense light. Some say it’s a P deficiency but P is highly mobile and will cause the lowest leaves to turn grey/brown and crispy.

Maybe back the lights off a bit or reduce the hours to 11/13?

I was thinking it could be a light + heat issue. The new hairs and little bumps are all over even on the lower parts of the plant.
