purging just a half gram

I just purchased a 3 gal chamber with a 3 cfm 1 stage vacuum pump.
Im trying my first little run. Ive got what looks to be about a half a gram
I ran butane thru a small glass tube of maybe 7 grams of trim.
Have it in a pyrex dish, temps are about 100-120.
It almost stopped bubbling immediately in the dish, cause theres so little i guess, so i put in in the chamber almost right after blasting. its been in the pot now for like over 2 hours. every thirty minutes ill take in out, kinda squeeze it together, then flatten it back out, then back in the pot.
Every time ive done it, it bubbles like crazy.
So, do i just keep doing this until theres no more bubbles?
i didnt think it would take this long for just a half gram.

i think the temp isnt consistent either. bought the cheapest griddle at walmart, and its a piece of shit lol. Ill have to definitely get a better one soon. Im wondering if since the temps are kinda off, high being about 125 low being prob 95, maybe the bubbles are getting too hard for the butane to escape? and am i just mashing butane back in when im squeezing it together?
sorry for all the noob questions. i know i got alot to read up on. just thought i had the basic down to do this little test run, guess not

wow its only like 3 good hits worth lol. one hit down. my wife insisted she try it. we dabbed a little bit twice to make sure, and no sizzle at all. so she took a pretty big hit, no sizzle, and had been coughing for like 5 minutes.. guess thats all normal? lol im still afraid to try it. ive got lung issues and probably shouldnt be smoking at all, last thing i want is even a tiny bit of butane in my lungs. I guess ill throw it back in the chamber. seems a little rediculous for 3 hits worth lol... so if it bubbles when i put it back in th chamber, i guess that means theres still obvious butane?

seems like a waste of electricity at this point.. ill just let it sit overnight and try again tomorrow D:

You're gtg imo. It's harsh possibly due to extraction temperatures? Were it a large batch I might recommend winterization.

Personally I won't bother running anything less than a 70-80 gram tube, usually netting over a half ounce with quality nug run.

i let it sit under pressure all night. only got one big hit, but it was nice and smooth. :D
Ill be doing about 2+ pounds of trim tomorrow, will be my first big run, so a bit nervous im going to screw everything up...
i dont understand, the hit i took this morning was smooth and no sizzle, but had alot of bubbles. and im sure if i were to warm it up again under pressure it would continue to bubble. Is that normal, or is there suppose to be no bubbles left at all? i thought there werent suppose to be any.
oh and i noticed temps were hard to keep under control. When my griddle is set on low is will get well over 200 degrees. so i had to constantly turn it off and on. I guess thats why people use an additional dish with water? i wonder if it would be safe to leave the pot on the dish floating in water over night, knowing the griddle goes over 200 degrees? or do i just need a better griddle?
