pump question

If you are using a ebb and flow system how often how often do you have to set the pump to fill up you weed pots. this is the sytem I wanna have.

Also what is a good solution to soak my rockwool cubes in? I readit need to be soaked in a low ph solution

I water mine 4 times per day for 15 minutes, only during light periods. Check my sig for pics of my setup.

bro that setup looks like straight garbage, i could make you one of my bubbleponics or dwc systems for cheaper and it'd be waaay better than that. and with those systems there's no timer.. just plug in the wall and they run 24/7 pumping fresh oxygenated water to the roots! and to answer ur other question.. just soak the rockwool cubes in reverse osmosis water/distilled water..

give me a lnk of a bad ass one then. Im new. Thats shit looked easy and inexpensive. Anyway, I bought a timer.
