dont quit your day job man, it sucks to be young (black) and broke. i had just started this postal service job and just because i lost part of the uniform a few times im incompetent, what a fuckin world we live in. now that im back at zero the respect i was gettin has completely stopped, i gotta get up in the mornin to find somethin open again and i really really hate the fuckin mornin and now my girlfriends runnin me like my mom use to (i love this girl). i've searched high and low far and wide but there is NOTHING in chicago anymore, not even the bars around me need servers or stupid shit like that. im not gonna let this get me down though, fate's laughin at me i'll laugh harder and my boss heh... that bastard gonna be sorry he let a "good" employee go very very soon.

Sucks man, we've all been in that boat. I've been tryin to find a job for months now. I had a shitty job at wal-mart where I worked long hours for barely minimum wage so I quit, thinkin I could do better... obviously now I kinda wish I kept the job, despite how crappy it was. Theres just not much out there for work at all. It really sucks not having a job and bein broke though. All you can do is keep your head up and stay positive... it might take awhile, but eventually something will come your way. Who knows, maybe it will be even better than your last job.

Are you gonna collect some unemployment at least?

My last job I was working in central america. Company ended up dropping the whole manufacturing side and buying everything full package from china. My resume is full of textile industry jobs, none of which they even have in the US anymore. I feel all your pains. 3 years and counting, good thing I had a decent nest egg.

How do you lose part of the uniform? Was it be4 you washed them? The time in-between washer and dryer? Lost in the fabric of space in your dresser? I might think you were incompetent too if you kept losing parts of your uniform

I got fired at a grocery store in my first week because the corn I was traying (making 5 pack of corns) was too slender. Nobody told me about it, he was like yea you're fired. But I'm on disability so I was like what ever heres your fucking apron you're not getting anything else back. I got a nice white long sleeved shirt, pants that are stainless and a HID key to their front door. I used to work security there and used to steal a lot of candy and shit from them so I don't really care.

Try online job applications. Don't even have to get up.

muh fucka stole my answer. exactly what part of the uniform did you lose? i can understand a hat or something that you take off a lot, but you didn't lose the pants or something did you? or those gangsta knee socks? lol fuck the post office anyway. those employees end up flipping out and going on shooting sprees. and my mail man keeps stealing my mail because i don't take it in often enough, and then he got in a shouting match with me because i called to complain. fuck the postal service and all their miserable employees.

lol no he explained very rudely that 10 days is the max they will leave anything in the box because then there's no room for new mail. so i asked if i should get a bigger mail box and he said no it's still 10 days. then i told him it's my fucking mailbox that i fucking paid for and hung up and if i want to store cat shit in it then i will. then he threatened to not deliver any mail because i "threatened him" with things i would put in the mailbox, so i dropped it. i really don't give a rat's ass if i ever get another peice of mail again, but sometimes there's important shit in there so he won.

You lose uniform regular too. If you was running your own company, how would you feel about a worker keep losing his clothing and having to pay money out to replace it?

To be honest, to me you don't sound like a man i'd back to become a winner.

Search your mind for anwser to this question; Would you employ at your own company a person similar to you?
