I think these are the right pictures.
Aww they looked great , I know it's easy to scrap plants when your feeling a bit emotional...done it myself. Btw, yes the height includes the pot and the light, 3.5 feet would be the optimum distance from the light ,though it could creep a bit further and be ok.
Being an indica, I was going to say that it wouldn't stretch nearly as much as the Cindy and to veg longer. After reading the posts from those that have run NL, I'm not sure now. I always thought that you let an indica veg a lot more before flipping.
Yeh ,very confusing for me. NL seems to have all these contradicting myths surrounding it. The breeders say it's compact ,but there's countless stories of it being a stretcher. If you google white label nl eu seed finder there is one report on that of a 15 cm plant flowered ending up at 130 cm.. Then there's the info about smell, some say it's THE low odour plant ,and some say it reeks, and actually even for such a young /small plant ,when you stick your nose up to it ,it's developing quite a strong scent already
Looks good mate. Just to let you know i was weaving my NL for a few days into flower and it stretched about 6 inches when i let her go. Right now she is 16 inches from the base of the plant to the tallest stem. That being said i dont think the stretch has stopped yet
I think it will go about 4 weeks stretching man , though we can't really compare as scrogging will have a different effect on it..
Id either top it and let it grow a bit or keep growing and start training ger over now while she still has a semi pliable stem
This is reasonable, but I've decided I really just wanna let it go and see what it does naturally this time, next white label nl I do I'll top it and see what happens , I'll post it in this journal for comparison
Iv got two white label northern lights a few weeks from harvest. Two totally different pheno's, one I'd love to grow forever whilst the other is not a keeper. My friend has been growing white label northern for many years from cuttings and seeds. The one thing we both agree on is the pheno you want has light green almost lime green leaves, stretches a lot but is covered in crystal from week 2 of 12/12 and has hardly any fan leaves. I'm lucky to have one of those, hope you get it too. As soon as I can post a picture of the two/work out how to do it from an iphone I will. Your lady looks fine fella. I'm sub'd to this.
Thanks for chiming in man, keep me updated on your progress. I don't think I have the pheno your talking about ,but this plant looks great so far so I have high hopes.
