Pruning just before flipping to 12/12

Hey guys so i had some issues with temperature which caused all sorts of issues from the plants being too cold. So i have since gotten a heater with a thermostat as well as put the plants into fabric pots with fresh soil to grow more. They have improved a lot and left them for a week and a bit to recover, i then pruned them back by lolipopping them as well as pruning some of the tallest branches back, but purposefully didnt go too hard. As far as i know, pruning is fine if the plants are still in veg, my goal was to get them shorter and relatively at the same height so that i have decent healthy and even canopies before i flip as they will double in height.

What are your guys views on this, is it ok to prune cannabis plants in veg, and now wait around another week or so before i flip to 12/12?

Thank you!

You can prune then flip or prune and wait a few days to flip. I like to give a few days to recover before flipping. If I have uneven stems....I bend the longest ones downwards to allow the others to catch up when they start to stretch.

I wait till growth returns to the same speed as before the trimming. When i was doing a micro grow i used late trimming as a way to keep the plant small.
All depends on what you are trying to achieve.

Yeah my goal was just too get the vigor back in the plants, cut/ remove the affected leaves from the cold spell and get them at relatively same heights and ready for the stretch. I was always under the impression as long as its 18/6 the plants can be trimmed and shaped as long as its not flowering time

I trim the shit out of my plants in veg.. You have nothing to worry about there.
That said, an ugly leaf still feeds a plant. The more you remove, the more you slow growth

Yeah and subsequently spend more money and time on the grow lol. This is my first indoor grow though and man it's been a wild ride. Think I'm starting to get it dialed tho. 1 or so weeks and I'm gona flip them
