Can you trim a slightly bushy plant into a slim one for sea of green? as the clones grow I was thinking of trimiing the lower branches off to encourage it to grow vertically? willl this work? any experience doing this?

im interested in this myself. I just had a plant that turned out to me a male. so instead ripping it out i put it back to veg. and trimmed it to form SOG. I tied the top two branches down to allow the bottom two to grow and catch up. after It recovered for a day and started growing back vertical. I trimmed everything off except one set of leaves below the tip and the tips of course.

this of course is my first attempt at a SOG plant, but this is what im doing to achieve it. Im doing this to a male plant as I have some good fem seeds on the way and dont want to start learning on them.

for an effective SOG, grow single cola plants and trim lower branches to stimulate growth to the tops (lollipopping)
