Yeah, do what you need to do, it just looks like they're setting up to eventually kill MMAR. The court case last year provided the injunction but the main premise was access. Once all of this is in place there's not much of an argument for access and Phelan would likely agree and stop the injunction opening the door to kill the program and force those left to move to ACMPR. Tin foil hat opinion, take it with a grain of salt...
