Proper way to seal a bedroom?

Hello growers. I'm currently running 3 tents in a spare bedroom. 2 5x5's and 1 4x4. I've gotten to the point where I would like to use the whole room. The room is 12x9 so fitting another tent is impossible unless I remove the smaller 3 and use a 9x9 or secret jardin 8x10. I would like to be able to fit 4 4x4 flood tables in one room. The 8x10 would allow fir 2 4x4 tables and 2 3x3 tables with minimal room to maneuver. Using the whole room however I'd be able to fit the 4 4x4 tables and have room to move around. My only concern is sealing the room off properly. I've searched but have not found a tutorial on turning a normal spare bedroom into a sealed grow room. Any advice and thoughts would be helpful. Not sure what youre dealing with, so ill just tell you how id look at the options in my house.
My biggest concern would be the floors. What are the floors, and whats under them?
My downstairs is padded carpet on concrete, Id just rip the carpet and pad out then pop the baseboards off and fill in the gap under the drywall with silicone or some kind of waterproof foam and then paint the floor with a sealer. My upstairs room is padded carpet over wood, I would take near extreme measures to seal up the entire floor so if I had a massive failure I wouldnt risk water damage to the top floor of my house. Would likely do the whole floor like youd do a tile shower.
Passed the floors, id paint all 4 walls and the ceiling with a good sealant. Something thats mildew resistant and washable.
If it was upstairs, Id vent filtered air into the attic.
In the end the effort put into it will probably be determined by if you own the house or not. I bought mine and would go great lengths to prevent mold/mildew inside my walls and possible water damage if I were growing anywhere else in the house other than my concrete on 5 sides basement.
Other than sealing everything up you just gotta figure out your ventilation.

We do own the home but I think I'll just go with a bigger tent. The 2 4x4s and 2 3x3s will just have to work for now.

I've used bedrooms before...what I do with windows is to build a light proof box to cover then. Some plywood and 2x4s and if weather permits...you can cut a hole for exhaust fan vent and leave window cracked. Works good for blocking light and controlling temps.

Was hoping there was an easier way. Was going to just hang 1 light over each table and work the door a little so its sealed when closed just in case i was to run co2. Not looking to paint the walls or anything of that nature.

So this a rental...makes it harder. The boxes I mentioned are cheap and easy and I just used 4 screw to hold it in place...so just a few screw holes. Or just use panda plastic...

I own. I just was hoping I could cut a corner or 2 by not painting and doing extra work. If that was the case I'd just add a tent instead. Only problem is finding a tent big enough that fits

I have no problem putting up panda film. As far as the bedroom door goes how would someone seal it off so that when it's closed I dont have to worry about light shining through and if I wanted to run co2 I wouldnt have to worry about it escaping through the door

Change the whole frame and door to an exterior one.This gives you the seal all around.Or you make a temp wall just behind the door and either get a zippered door or a whole nother door.
Do it right,you own the home, spend the money now.

I run co2 in the master bedroom. Close and seal off all the ac vents. I sealed the door with weatherstripping and pipe insulation under them. Run scrubbers for the smell but it can creep thru every Crack. A small exhaust to the attic or outdoor is good to keep it from pushing the smell into the house. Refectix on the walls or hang it like curtains..
I run a window banger with co2 and 3kw of qb132 boards and it's chilly in there.
