Don't know if it's okay with the rules on this forum to post this but here we go. I'm moving back to the east coast at the end of the month to take care of the parents and what not....so the house I'm in now will be up for rent. The landlords are cool with you exercising your rights as a MMJ patient and growing as long as you try to keep things on the DL. Theres a 12X14 room downstairs that I've been using for my grow that is already wired up with a 30amp 220V and 20amp 110V outlet. Had the outlets professionally run so no one can bitch about electricity not being up to code.

It's 4 bedroom plus an office, 3 full bathroom, 4 car garage, 3,000 sq ft home that was built in 2008. Very nice little family neighborhood. The rent is 1850 per month and and one months security deposit. The only problem with this house is the carpet is stained from the landlords children. It's not dirty...considering my girl has steam cleaned it about 20 times trying to get it to not be stained....but the stains wont come out. Definitely alot of house for the amount of money....and it's only about 5 minutes to murrieta and lake elsinore and about 10 minutes to the promenade in temecula.

This is cool dude. Im personally not interested, but im sure someone here might be. Its cool of you to be looking out for other patients. I always said there should be a classifieds section on here...
 
Yeah I figure someone is always looking to be able to rent a place where they don't have to worry about walk-throughs and shit. And at the same time it keeps me from having to go through the headache of breaking a lease. It's a win win for everyone.
 
Bummer man. I was thinking that after the trip we'd overgrow the IE! Bring some real serious quality to some of these clubs.

I know man definitely bummed out. But maybe now I can bless a few people on the otherside of the country with some real meds...lol. I might be back....just need to get shit with the family straight. Hard being the oldest boy and being 2600 miles away from the parents...lol.
 
I think the biggest bummer here is having to move to the weak coast, I mean the east coast.
 
Haha I've spent 25 years on the east coast...it's not as bad as you think. All in all anywhere you live is what you make of it. Cali has been cool...made a few really good friends...got to check out a bit of socal and will be going up to merced and san fran to see some family before i leave. But nothing compares to the beaches back home.
 
if my lease was expiring and i didnt have this outdoor i would be seriously interested.... just wrong time of year for me. hope sombody makes good use of this place

Yeah I just posted it up on CL. Not every day you find a house with a 12X14 room pre-wired for a nice grow.

AFAIK he didn't get the GSC cut. We were going to go together to get them, but his move came up pretty fast so I went alone.
