plaaces like cali and arizona and shit generally require adding humidity.. sometimes hydro growers require supplementing because theres not a lot of water that leaves into the room.. like on flood and drains or aero.. it creates a lot less humidity than running soil... soil is always evaporating moisture back into the air. but like here in michigan it can get really humid in some peoples rooms depending on how their setup in the springs and falls.. generally summers good and fairly dry here.. but the supplementing really will depend on where you are your room .. soil or hydro and the air thats being brought into your room.. if you bring in outdoor air like here right now it would be coming in at 80-100% humidity its been raining the last 3 days here.
I'm Not Spending anything. I get them off the back of containers that we unload at my work. I was just listing the price of them online.
oh hahaah huh well.. free is pretty unbeatable!! wow.. do you get them consistently enough to replace them as you need them replaced? I've honestly never even seen it i thought you were spending 65$ on them but damn you get them free.. its like having a dehumidifier running on free electricity.. i have to ask doe it really work well?? like have you compared it to a dehumidifier ever? or have you ever had any issues with PM?
I'm only on my second grow but like i said they droped the humidity. theyhave been in there for aboout two weeks and probably have about 3 or 4 cups of water in them. and yes they have about ten of them on every container and we get 2 or 3 a week
not yet I'm sure diffrent enviroments would be effected diffrently. i think i need a new temp/humidity meter. I'm not sure if mine is reading right it says its 80 in there some times when it feels like 70
Yea i was talking temps my humidity reads around 50 but idk if my meter is correct
