Hi , to all first grow here strain is white widow using 250w cfl one light 19500 lumens red spcetrum 12/12 from seed but growth has slowed down i think this plant is about 2 weeks from seed now but has only been under the 250w cfl for about 5 or 6 days of that so it has already had stretching problems just curious does everbody think its ok now or can i help it somehow and i think its also overwaterd thanks ,
