Problems with the ROOTS

If the roots are turning a brownish tint is there definitely something wrong? The plant seems very healthy and the water temperature is good. The roots smell fine and aren't really slimy at all, they are just becoming more brown over time. Any thoughts or solutions? THANKS

run clean water thro system and start to feed again what nutrients are you using?

I didn't say that, you asked why they would be brown and most nutes are amber to brown and some look black. The roots will absorb this.

If your plants look healthy then i have to agree its the nutes staining your roots. What do u use? I use gh flora 3 part and i get the same thing but they grow just fine. In my case Its the micro that stuff is DARK.
