Problems with seedlings

Germed 4 seeds, 2 ww, 2 snow white, put into soil, started with 400w hps, ( lt 12 inches above seedlings) watered, and put on 18/6. I did water every day, but not alot, almost a week has gone by, and there still the same size, leaves are yellow and white, switched to a 125w cfl blue spectrum, today. using mircle grow mixed with some other soil i got from a nursey.

Pls any help would be appreciated.

ok. sorry over doing it from the word go.

your to early for the 400w and to close for seedlings .

next poss over watering.

then adding nutes early.

and don't use miracle grow without afew grows under belt.

it's not what you want, but you may want to start again and read alittle first and take things easy at first and you will be rewarded.

plug in your hps, and hold your hand 12 inches away, tell me when your skin starts to blister

sorry peaple not realy one much for the key boared so i say it as i see it and open to be put right when wrong . no ofence meant to anybody in my post's i'm just blunt and straight speaking its me.

Thanks for the advice, so i guess i screwed up, but i will prevail, im hopeing that switching to the 125w cfl blue, will make the little gurls turn the corner, ive grown b4 and have had good sucess, but never started under the 400 hps, once again, thanks

i use floros for the first 2 wks then put under 400 but i keep the light a little high at first and then i keep it about 18 inches from the topsof the plants

Sorry no pic, but mine look just like yours, dammmmmmm, no growth at all, im hopeing switching my lites will help

is it 125w Equivalent? or actaully 125w?

would a 4 foot 6 bulb t5 fixture with mixed bulbs around 4 to six inches from the tops of 3 six day old plants cause them not to grow? what i mean, is the light too close?
