Problems with Outdoor Plants

I have 3 plants of a pure sativa strain growing outside. One is growing in a five gallon pot, one in a 7 gallon pot, and one in a 10 gallon pot. The one in the five gallon pot has been wilting and then returning to normal off and on for the last 4 days, the one in the 7 gallon pot just started doing the same today for the first time, and so far, I have no problems with the plant in the 10 gallon pot. All the plants are receiving the proper amount of water, so I'm sure that's not the problem. The five gallon pot has all kinds of roots covering the bottom of the plant, the 7 gallon pot to a lesser degree, and the 10 gallon pot doesn't have any roots coming out of the bottom yet. My guess, since I must admit that I'm a novice grower, is that the plants in the 5 and 7 gallon pots need to be transplanted to larger pots. If that is the case, what size pot would you reccomend I use to transplant them to. One more thing, the plant in the five gallon pot has almost stopped growing completely in height, the one in the 7 gallon pot has slowed down a little in it's vertical growth, and the one in the 10 gallon container just keeps growing and now towers above the other two plants. Anyone out there got any suggestions?

It sounds like you've answered your own question. It's time to upcan the 5 and 7. At least double the volume, depending on how much additional growth you can tolerate.
