Problems with new rollitup

Any one else running into these annoyances.

1) after I post thread I check back in like 20 min and still not showing up
2)myrollitup says a thread has 0 views 0 posts but in all actuality it had 10 posts
3) when trying to add to someone reputation I cant because (see attached screen shot)
4)when logging in tomy account it takes 4 to 5 times before the site reconizez that i have logged in

any one else having one or all these problems.

Because of the new setup I can't really view that picture because this setup won't allow it on my 3gs for done reason...:(

The improved version is a drag, but I don't think it's what is causing your problems. Try clearing your cookies and flushing your dns cache.

what does it say? the pics too blurry for me to make it out. although its not a technical problem what really irks me is it no longer tells you when a post was made. that and the growfaq disappearing.

No one else has had problems with the rep box hiding under the main post. The pic cannot be blurry its a screen shot you must be really stoned. essentially when i go to plus rep someone i click on the link and instead of it poping up just above the icon it pops below the icon and behind the post so that only the top blue bar is visible. I clear my cookies and stuff everyday so that shouldnt be the issue either. Maybe its just from using IE i have never had probs before only in the last week or so.

ive had no problems either then it took like 2 days to get used to the new layout preferred the old one tbh but this ones cute

i signed up a while back but i didn't start using this site untill the new design, so idk about comparisons, but ive had no problems at all, im happy with the site and i really enjoy it, and nothings gone wrong with giving rep, threads or anything

Get firefox dude, thank me later... Microsoft has been sued by the European Union for forcing users to install IE when they install windows. That's how worthless and shitty the EU thinks Internet Explorer is.

Some web pages will only function 100% on certain browsers. That's because sites are designed with certain browsers/protocols in mind. Big websites like amazon, google, msn or whatever have been tested/written to work with everything.. but some lower budget websites don't have the time or patientce (I totally understand RIU)

bottom line, get with the times and download one of the following: Opera, Firefox, or Google Chrome

Basically there are standards that are in place by the world wide web consortium. They dictate how web pages should be written in all different technologies, so that no matter what browser you use everything still looks the same.

MICRO-FUCK-SOFT decided they didn't have to listen to standards, and came up with their own standards. So back in the day they were king and every web page looked fine in IE. Now they've fallen hard from grace, and web standards are where they are supposed to be. So now websites look like shit in IE, but not in pretty much EVERY SINGLE OTHER BROWSER

I've had no issues whatsoever.

Btw, Firefox is the best browser out there. Its all I use.

Back when I was an internet noob, I started out with IE... then I discovered Firefox... and haven't looked back.

I hate um too brandon.


They really haven't changed much in the Internet Explorer engine in YEARS besides looks and user interface. Microsoft won't admit that it has problems and won't make an effort to fix these problems
