problems with a new plant

Too wet likely from improper drainage and/or over watering.
Put them in some new good dirt pronto.
You see you need to flush the dirt and the plants are too wet already.
You got neut burn, poor soil, and over watering

hard to believe that its nutes or watering when you have another plant (same strain?) in the same pot that is doing well.

and since you really, really, really don't want two plants in the same pot....

cut the sick one off at the soil level (do not pull out the roots) and baby the good one.

light nute burn is my guess, those pictures are from the Jorge cervantes grow bible
I did about 2 quart flush and let it drain. I have been useing Miricle grow every day and think this is my problem. I need to stop and only use it once a week and water maybe once every two days.

No, I am new here and to the hobby. I do not want to buy as I do not trust anyone. I got some seeds from a friend in another state. The Miricle grow was working fine and the plants thrived at first but I think as in my MO I over did it. I flushed out the soil and let it drain out. I also am going to keep the two togeather until I see if one or both are female. I am going to let the MG go for a few weeks and see if it corrects. If it does I may use a bit of the MG. I have used it on many plants and never had a problem before. But I usualy do not start vegies from seed. This is a bit new to me, but can not be harder than any other plant, the stuff grows wild.

I did the flush and let it drain. I have a question, how long before I should look for the a reversal of the problem and what exactly should I look for? Thanks

The problem with trying to flush MG is that just makes the problem worse. The more water you pour in there the more nutes that get released. MG screws you seven ways to Sunday.
