30C is a little bit high.

How long have they taken so far? Some strains/methods can take longer than others. If they still look alive, there is hope.

2 weeks isn't too long. I've heard of some clones taking 3 or more weeks to root. As long as they are still alive, you should be okay. I'd recommend getting the temps down slightly, but other than that, just keep doing what you are doing.

If your using rockwool how do you know they are not rooting? I know this may be a stupid question but are you removing them from the rockwool?
As said give them more time.

i am cloning right now so i also have a question... is misting the clones absolutely necessary? mine are in jiffy pellets in some tupperware containers covered with saran wrap (i punched a few holes on top). i also used olivia's cloning gel. no sign of roots yet but it's only been 3-4 days.

Did you soak the rock wool in properly ph'd water? 5.5

I use a heating mat at 80 and the ambient air temp between 68-72. My dome stays nice and moist.

Sounds like you are finiking around with the clones leave them be.Cut the clones at 45 degrees or there about then dip into the gel leave for about 30 seconds.Make a hole in the grow medium pref rock wool cubes this will mean that pushing the clones into the medium that the gel will not be pushed of the stem then fill in around the hole if useing rockwool then use a kabab scewer to push the sides in.Only mist the plants once a day and make sure that you also spray the inside of the lid poor a little water into the propagator not too much but a little this will evaperate and form a mist on the lid. After about 12 days get the clones into soil or bigger cubes if you are growing hydro.Make a mix up of nutrients that are say if a adult plant recives 4 ml per ltr then add 2 ml per ltr this is just to wet the cubes wet the cubes about 2/3 time a week but make sure that any stagnent water is flushed out of the cubes with the new feed.Once the plants are in soil then only water about 2 times aweek at max unless the soil is drying out fast.Try and get some cool daylight spec for the tops of the plants and a couple on the growroom walls 2 on each side 1 war 1 cool both daylight spec the warm spec will give the heat needed and the cool spec means that the lights can be put realy close to the tops of the plants. But you must just let the clones do there own thing messing around with them will only cause problems. The plants will not look like they have not grown much but the whole point of a good clone is to get a root system going.
