After all the insults and what I call "constructive criticism", I can tell you what is wrong. Don't wait so long to flower your plants. In 5 gallon buckets, you want to start flowering when the plants are between 8 and 12". Keep the lights close. With LED you need to keep the light close and provide side light if necessary. I go with mixing 100 watt equivalent great value LED bulbs which are like 14 watts 5000k and 2700k (soft white and cool white). The more lumens the better. Keep your flower room at around 70 to 80F. Run your lights at night and bring cool air in from outside(filter if necessary or run AC). Try to invest in 1000 Watt HPS with 100 watt great value bulbs(cheap and easily replaceable) on the sides. Keep the area clean and isolated to prevent bugs. You may be lucky now but if bugs ever show up, it's near impossible to keep them from destroying your grow. They will keep coming back and won't stop until you give up and have to buy it again.

Start over... this is a disaster.

Chop them down, clean your space up, you’re
clearly lazy so pick a low effort method like hempy buckets with a slow release fertilizer(grow dots come to mind) figure out and buy whatever equipment you need to get your environment in check and start over.

Just find someone to buy weed from unless you're going to apply yourself properly and pay better attention to your plants...
But the more I think about it, and the fact that you haven't answered back, the more it makes me think that this is just some setup shit,like in a few days you will come back with some pictures saying: "Look,I saved them!!!"

In all honesty, start over. Hit the books first. Then start fresh. Literally, as in start by cleaning up

Dude, you need to check on your plants more than every 2 weeks.

He's just setting up his second run, with all the dirt and leaves on the floor. So that way when the seeds fall off, they naturally grow. Biomimicry guys.
