Problems 1st week of flowering

If you are worried about the plants getting too tall put in a SCROG (SCReen Of Green) figure out the highest you can safely place your lights ,measure from the light down to the min. distance to your plant tops, that is different depending on the lights, at that mark put in a chicken wire screen (like a shelf). The plant will grow up to the screen and as it starts to grow through the screen you poke it back under , so it forces the plant to grow horizontally. As it grows this way you can let the buds continue up through the screen.

ILou - That is a good suggestion to keep a high yeild. I will do summore reading to find out more about it. HOHO - When i was in Veg i was using Iguana juice grow and since i have entered flowering I haven't fertilized. I am not sure of the strain - Just used some seeds a buddy had. My next grow i will be ordering proper seeds from a seed bank.

Most grows start that way, you get some seed from a friend, or in the bottom of a baggie , then IF you get the bug you get some Hybrid seed, you will be amazed how much healthier and fast growing the Hybrids are. I am growing Two Hybrids now , Sandstorm from cannabiogen and Cali-O-DC from Attitude seeds, both are growing like crazy. Good luck.
