Problem

I don't have a GED (medical problems), yet I have an IQ ~140. I cannot afford my GED tests and I cannot get a pell grant. I'm stuck drifting between houses and need some kind of advice. Where/what would be a resonable place to go?

For what? a job of some kind if possible would get yasome cash.
Maybe be more specific about where you are and where you want to be.
