also I want to add when I see this white stuff on my sativa babies, I spit on my finger and clean the stuff of and its the only thing that I think is holding it back a little!!!!!

Well, that white stuff contains tiny spores that get on your fingers, clothes, and is spread around to all of your plants that way. Now if you dipped your fingers in a fungicide first, like a Neem Oil solution, you might do some good.
