Problem with tall plant

Plant is an 8 week blue dream auto in a dwc. Light is viparspectra 1200. Grow tent is 4 by 4 by 6.5. Basically asking if there is anything I can do or have I let it grow to much already. This is my first grow and everywhere I read told me not to top an auto so I let it grow.

I definitely wouldnt top it, I'd personally add some more supplemental light to help increase yield in case you torch a few buds on the top side, but she looks health as fuck

yeah i just went ahead and tied it down a little im going to try and slowly bend it to the side over the next couple days. hopefully i dont mess anything up next grow i will scrog the plant i really didnt think one auto would get this big.

Not having tried an auto myself. But having read about them a fair bit. The only real way an auto can be short is with Indica or lowryder style genetics.

yeah i really should have stuck with indicas my next grow will definitively be.

Scrog works well for height. Just don't go with rigid steel mesh. I found it hard to thread the tops through.

I would just cut and clone it, master crop it experiment.



in retrospect, you shoulda scrogged it.
